The umbrella group of social enterprises, The WiB Group, reaching more than 250,000 professionals across Northern Ireland has announced a new Chair and Board members as part of its strategic expansion.
The WiB Group has appointed international business leader Angela Moore as its new Chair, with Andrea McIlroy-Rose (Pinsent Masons) and Stephen McCully (Non-Executive Director at Power NI) joining as co-Vice Chairs.
Angela brings extensive experience in governance to the role of Group Chair, holding active board-level positions across a variety of organisations both local and international, including the North American Northern Ireland Advisory Council, Endeavour Ireland, the UCD Smurfit School Advisory Board and The American Ireland Fund.
Looking forward to the Group’s next phase of growth Angela said, “I am honoured to take on the role of Chair at such a pivotal time,” said Angela. “The Group and its four social enterprises have become a powerful force for positive change. By drawing on my global networks and experience, I look forward to working with the Board, our members, and our partners to build on that momentum. I would also like to extend my thanks to my predecessor Nichola Robinson for her leadership and continued support.”
Andrea McIlroy‑Rose and Stephen McCully each bring a wealth of expertise from across the professional and business landscape. Head of the Pinsent Masons Belfast Office and the firm’s UK Retail Property Lead, Andrea brings deep sectoral insight, extensive board experience, and a strong track record in strategic leadership across the legal and commercial property sectors. As a past President and Board Member of the NI Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Stephen adds significant commercial acumen, governance experience, and a long-standing commitment to supporting business growth and organisational development across Northern Ireland.
Completing the Group’s new Board appointments are three new non-executive members: Sandra Corkin (Oasis Travel), Tanya Martin (IQ&Co.), and Allstate NI’s Chief of Staff, Joy Chambers.

Angela Moore | Chair
An international business leader and member of the Irish Global Economic Forum, Angela is currently Managing Director of the Washington DC-based Ravensdale Capital and succeeds outgoing Chair Nichola Robinson at the helm of the social enterprise. Angela brings extensive experience in governance to the role of Group Chair, holding active board-level positions across a variety of organisations both local and international, including the North American Northern Ireland Advisory Council, Belfast’s Advisory Board of Crescent Capital, the UCD Smurfit School Advisory Board and The American Ireland Fund.
Stephen McCully | Co‑Vice Chair
Non-Executive Director, Trustee and Advisor
Stephen was Managing Director of Power NI for over 18 years until 2021, and during this time also sat on the Management Board of the Energia Group, the parent company of Power NI. He is a past President and Board Member of the NI Chamber of Commerce and Industry and currently holds a number of non-executive roles across a range of sectors in NI.

Andrea McIlroy Rose | Co‑Vice Chair
Head of the Belfast Office | Pinsent Masons
Andrea leads the Belfast property team and in addition she is head of the firm’s UK retail property team. Andrea specialises in investment and development work and has over 25 years’ experience of acting for clients in both Northern Ireland and England and is ranked as a “Leading Individual” and in the “Hall of Fame” for real estate in the current Chambers Guide to the Legal Profession and Legal 500 directories. She has been involved in a large number of the major developments in NI including the HQ buildings for Allstate Insurance and Concentrix, shopping centres such as Victoria Square, Junction One and Bloomfield along with acting for large supermarket retailers such as Sainsbury’s and Asda in relation to their developments in NI and England and Wales. Andrea is an active advocate of diversity and inclusion with a particular emphasis on the advancement of women in business and aside from being on the board of Women in Business she also sits on the Board of NI Chamber of Commerce and Diversity Mark NI. She was previously the international chair of the Pinsent Masons internal female networking group, Female Futures whose membership spans all of their 26 offices for over 7 years and has recently been appointed as the gender representative on the Pinsent Masons Global Inclusion Board.
