This interactive session hosted by Allstate Director of Inclusive Diversity
Richard Mihalic is designed for those leading or supporting LGBTQIA+ staff networks and inclusion initiatives, with a focus on practical action that creates lasting impact. The session will equip attendees with practical approaches to building an impactful Pride staff network strategy and provide valuable insights into writing strong Diversity Mark assessment targets. Through collaboration, shared learning, and networking, participants will leave with actionable ideas to strengthen inclusion and drive meaningful organisational impact.

Multicultural Women’s Network

Wednesday 16th September | 5:30pm – 7:30pm | Deloitte, The Ewart, Belfast

In the third networking event in this series, Women in Business, Diversity Mark, MRANI (Minority Recognition Awards NI) and Deloitte, as partners in the Multicultural Women’s Network, will welcome and engage women from a diversity of backgrounds, allowing them to build a supportive network, be inspired by guest speakers and create new connections. We welcome women from all ethnicities – this is a free event for Women in Business members, employees in Diversity Mark signatory organisations and members of MRANI. Pre-submission Signatory Support Clinic

Thursday 2nd July | 10:00am – 10:45am | Virtual

Thinking of submitting for Accreditation soon? Reach out to get access to our Signatory Support Clinic recording which offered Signatory organisations the chance to hear directly from experienced Lead Assessors. The interactive session provided guidance on what makes a strong submission, common pitfalls to avoid, and how to present evidence and targets effectively. Attendees asked questions, gained assessor insights, and built confidence in preparing their application for accreditation and future submissions.

Inclusive Insights Navigating Grief and Bereavement in the Workplace: How Employers Can Support Employees Through Loss

In partnership with BITCNI, this 45-minute online session explored how organisations can build compassionate, inclusive workplace cultures that support employees experiencing grief. Through expert insights, lived experiences, and practical examples, attendees learned about the impact of grief on wellbeing and performance, supporting employees and managers, fostering psychological safety, and signposting support.
