We’re delighted to welcome Giulia Boggiano to Diversity Mark as our new Head of Development.
Having joined us in February 2026, Giulia will lead our growth strategy, helping to expand our impact and strengthen partnerships across our network of Signatory Organisations. She will play a key role in building new collaborations while also supporting Signatories to progress at every stage of their equity, diversity and inclusion journey.
Giulia brings over a decade of experience in strategic partnerships, business development and stakeholder engagement across the health, education and media sectors. She joins us from Macmillan Cancer Support, where she was Senior Corporate Business Development Manager and Chair of the organisation’s 150 member Neurodivergent Network. Her career also includes senior roles at the University of Warwick, BBC Global News, and the Press Association.
With a strong track record in relationship building, insight led strategy and delivering meaningful results, Giulia combines commercial expertise with a genuine passion for inclusive culture change.
A committed advocate for neurodiversity and equity, she has also held multiple internal leadership roles championing colleague wellbeing, inclusive policy development and organisational culture transformation. Beyond her professional work, she also volunteers with charity Neurodiversity in Business.
We’re thrilled to have Giulia on board and look forward to the impact she’ll make as we continue to grow the Diversity Mark community.
