As part of National Inclusion Week 2026, Diversity Mark connected with organisations, leaders and networks across Northern Ireland to champion the importance of inclusive, diverse and equitable workplaces.
On Wednesday 16 September, the Diversity Mark team attended the NI Chamber Festival of Business 2026, alongside colleagues and friends from Women in Business NI and The Centre of Learning.
The Festival of Business, a signature event from NI Chamber, brought together more than 1,200 professionals from across Northern Ireland for a day of inspiration, learning, collaboration and connection.
The event provided a valuable opportunity for Diversity Mark to connect with organisations and individuals who were passionate about creating more inclusive, diverse and equitable workplaces.

Throughout the day, the team shared more about Diversity Mark’s work supporting organisations on their inclusion journeys, helping them move from commitment to meaningful action and measurable impact.
The team enjoyed meeting professionals from across Northern Ireland, sharing insights, making new connections and hearing different perspectives on what inclusion meant in the workplace. Attendees were also invited to stop by the Diversity Mark stand, pick up some goodies and share their thoughts on what inclusion meant to them.
The team was also delighted to attend alongside colleagues from across The WiB Group, including Women in Business NI and The Centre of Learning, highlighting the value of collaboration and shared learning in creating positive change across the business community.
As part of National Inclusion Week, Diversity Mark also attended the Employers’ Federation Conference, providing another opportunity to connect with employers and engage in conversations around inclusion, diversity and workplace culture.

Across both events, the conversations reinforced an important message: inclusion was not simply a one-week initiative, but an ongoing commitment that required collaboration, learning and meaningful action.
National Inclusion Week provided an opportunity to celebrate the progress being made, share good practice and continue conversations that could help create more inclusive workplaces across Northern Ireland.
Diversity Mark is proud to have been part of these conversations and look forward to continuing to support organisations on their EDI journeys.
