A huge thank you to leading construction firm Gilbert-Ash for hosting our latest CEO Breakfast.
The event brought together senior business leaders from across a range of sectors for an open and engaging discussion on the role of inclusion in building stronger organisations and driving long-term business success.
Led by Ray Hutchinson, Managing Director, and Debbie Eve, People and Culture Director, attendees explored both the opportunities and challenges involved in creating inclusive workplace cultures. We were also delighted to be joined by Don Leeson, Diversity Mark Independent Assessor, who shared valuable insights from his experience in organisational leadership and workplace relations.
As a Silver Diversity Mark Signatory, Gilbert-Ash reflected on its own inclusion journey and the impact that sustained leadership commitment can have on both colleague wellbeing and business performance.
