The Diversity Mark Annual Summit 2026, delivered in partnership with Allstate Northern Ireland, will bring together 300 leaders, employers, changemakers and inclusion practitioners for a day of insight, reflection and practical learning on the Wednesday 7th October 2026 at Titanic Belfast

The flagship annual event will highlight how organisations can respond to technological shifts in a way that strengthens culture, attracts and retains talent, and ultimately builds long-term trust and reputation. By ensuring people feel valued, supported and able to contribute – regardless of background or experience – employers will be encouraged to adopt an approach that is both human-first and, as a result, future ready.

  • The return of the “In My Shoes” series

The programme

The Summit will highlight how organisations can respond to these shifts in a way that strengthens culture, attracts and retains talent, and builds trust and reputation. By ensuring people feel valued, supported and able to contribute -regardless of background or experience – employers can unlock a more diverse talent pool and a more engaged, inclusive workforce.

Throughout the day, Delegates will be encouraged to reflect on how technology, leadership and lived experience intersect – and how a human-first approach can support organisations to adapt with confidence while maintaining a strong sense of purpose.

Full agenda to be announced.

Timings
